Design giant Chanel is thrilled to be replacing shamed supermodel Kate Moss with actress Keira Knightley - as she is "untouched by scandal".

The fashion house, who dropped Moss after she was exposed snorting cocaine last year, were keen to recruit a more clean-cut face to represent their brand.

A source says: "Keira loves Chanel and she is perfect for them. Not only is she gorgeous but, unlike Kate, she has never been touched by scandal."
